I have 2 days of service left on my Trac Phone and on't really need more minutes (if they can roll-over) but more days. And I can't find where I wrote down my pin #.
JA: How old is the phone?
Customer: I m trying to look that up. I have the serial # 013 294 006 819 027
JA: How long has this been going on? What troubleshooting have you tried?

OK - I am a long time user of Tracfone, and USUALLY add time or minutes via the Tracfone website.

Have you tried that yet. or would like to try that?
