it is not my cell phone. I am trying to change my email password ***** have a major problem.
JA: How old is the phone?
Customer: this getting very frustrating. I am told to access my email and I CANNOT. Now what do I do????? All I want is someone to walk me through right location so I can change my password. I have received 2 letters from ATT with 2 separate temporary passwords and got another one from JustAsk and not one of them allows me to change my password.
JA: How long has this been going on? What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: I cannot do any troubleshooting as I cannot access my email account to do anything. It will not accept my original password ***** any of the temporary ones.
