I had to get another phone because my phone screen wouldn't respond to a touch anymore. I called Tracfone to transfer my minutes & phone number to the new phone. I got an "activation #1154958969" & was transferred to the "Customer Service" & was NEVER ANSWERED!!! I was on that line for over 2 hrs & my land line phone went dead! So, can you get me connected so I can get my phone activated?? Thank You, Marc
JA: How old is the phone?
Customer: My "old" phone is about 1yr old. The new one is a "LG238C model. Both phones are "on" now. The old one now an "un-registerd sim" now so the process has started.
JA: How long has this been going on? What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: Are you asking about the old phone?
JA: No. I'm the Cell Phone Technician's Assistant.
Customer: So what now?
JA: Anything else you want the phone expert to know before I connect you?
