Transfer of old number onto new phone is good, just having problems activating new phone. I also am having difficulties with my Verizon e-mail account.
JA: How old is the phone?
Customer: Purchased last year.
JA: How long has this been going on? What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: Well inprocess of transfer my old phone has no way to call even the verizon numbers, let alone the 800's ones. All my data was transfered to new phone, now I have no way of activating my new phone?
