I have tried to SYNC with my mobile phone as well as my computer but neither
JA: How old is the phone?
Customer: It was a refurbished gift and the box shows 010-n1225-00. I actually got it
JA: What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: nothing. I was trying to correct vivofit due to Daylight savings change
