its not my cell phone, I just switched from Comcast to att and cannot get messages on my regular phone. I tried *99 but it doesn't work

Customer: I don't know. It is a regulat lane line phone from AT and T
JA: How long has this been going on? What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: This has occurred since I switched from Comcast to att which was yesterday

  1. From your home phone, dial *98.
  2. When prompted, enter your mailbox PIN.
  3. Press 1 to listen. As the message plays, use any one of the following options to navigate that message: Press 1 to rewind. Press 2 to pause. Press 3 to fast-forward. Press # to skip a message.
  4. When the message is finished playing, select from the following options: Press 9 to save the message. Press 7 to delete the message. It will remain in your trash for 48 hours. Press 6 to forward a copy of the message to a telephone number or distribution list.
