For some reason, yesterday, I got an email that my password ***** been changed. I did not change my email, who did? Now I can't change my password ***** something I can remember. It said to go to my account...I can't find it. FYI my daughter usually does all this for me, I don't know how.

Customer: My computer is an HP, probably 6 years old.

Customer: I tried to get on this morning, I was able to get a temporary password. Now I want to get one I can remember and I don't know how.
