I understand. Please tr this:

  1. Go to Settings.
  2. Locate and tap the App Manager.
  3. Tap the menu button (three vertical dots in the upper right corner)
  4. Tap Reset default apps.

  • Turn off and reboot your phone
  • At the "LG" logo, press and hold the "Volume Down" until the smartphone finishes rebooting

It should not go to the regular boot screen if you are doing this right.

If it is in safe mode you should be able to choose settings... you may need to select safe mode first
