I received my Jitterburg late yesterday. When talking with your representative this morning I told that person I wanted to keep my number(###) ###-#### I was told it might take a day or two. Currently I can not make a call with either the Jitterburg or my other phone. Every time I try to call Great Call with one of your 800 numbers I get connected with Verison. Please help.
