We have an LG phone with Mobile. I can't turn interruptions

Customer Question

Hi, we have an LG phone with Virgin Mobile. I can't turn interruptions off or priority only off and have the phone ring when someone calls. But when we turn on either priority only or interruptions, it makes a notification noise and vibrates every 30 seconds. There's no turning it off and still having the phone set to ring if someone calls. I have tried every setting combination possible. Is this just a defective phone?

Hi, thank you for contacting My name is Russell. I will do my best to provide the right answer to your question.

So, what do you need to do with the ringing-in-response-to-incoming-call ?

- if you want the phone to ring, you have to have interruptions, or priority only, enabled.

- if you turn both Off, you have no ringtone sounding.

I don't think your phone is defective.

I suggest a compromise: turn ringtone On, to something you like to hear occasionally/frequently - but, turn Vibrate to Off.
