Hi, thank you for contacting My name is***** will do my best to provide the right answer to your question.I advise you, if your password ***** not work with your email account, to not panic. The system that recognizes your password ***** be down. But the first thing to try is: If you are on a laptop, or desktop computer, restart. Then try logging in to your email again, once you have restarted. And if you have a handheld, do a forced restart, or shut it Off for 10 minutes to cool off and rest-reset, then power it On again, and try logging in to email at that point. And if that does not get access to your email back, and the problem is just a password ***** is refused by the system, take slow and careful, step-by-step, measures to recover or reset the password. First, use the 'Forgot your password?' or similar link... follow the procedure in it, slowly. Give it time to work, and don't rush through it and assume it will work instantly... that is the sort of haste that makes for a waste of time, since the servers, if your password ***** reset, take some time to actually register the change. So once you have reset a password, for instance, you need to take a break for 30 minutes or longer, before trying the new, reset, password, or it may well not work.
