I have a tracfone that uses Verizon as a carrier. I have two iPads with cellular data and have used Verizon for one and have not registered the other. I have a problem with signal strength at my home. I have a signal booster but I need to register it with my carrier. Verizon is my carrier even though tracfone provided the phone. How can I register the booster so that I can get a signal in my home?

The gov. requires that all boosters be registered and I thought I could get a simple answer to how you go about register a booster. I have been all day with Tracfone, Verizon, and now you and it seems nobody knows how that can be done so now I am just wondering how I can get my money back.
