Master reset ,clear data and cache in apps contacts ,sim toolkit

Thanks, ***** ***** mislead you as the issue is easy to confirm following a master reset as this rules out software (the firmware) as the issue

It is the internal memory that has faulted.

I am really sorry about this and you are going to have to return the phone to have it replaced. It will be covered by the warranty if this has not expired, and the replacement will be done at no cost to you.
