Hi,My name is ***** ***** certified professional with over 10 years experience. I will be glad to assist you with this. I am sorry to hear that you are having this issue. This could be either the firmware or possibly a failing lcd display. We will need to do a hard reset, and then if that fails we can do a factory restore, however the factory restore will wipe out all data. Try the hard reset first and let know please. Remove the battery, then while the battery is removed pres and hold the power button for 20 seconds then reinsert the battery and press the power button for 10 seconds.

Okay, try these steps next please. Then press and hold together 3 keys: Volume Up + Home button + Power button or Volume Up + Power button. When you see logo Samsung, then release all holded keys.Next select option "wipe data/factory reset" -> use Volume buttons to browse, and Power button to confirm option. Now choose "yes" with Volume Down, and confirm with Power button. After that press Power button, to confirm option: "reboot".

Okay, unfortunately this are the only options. The LCD display will most likely need to be replaced.
