I have not Registered my cell phone because it does not work. I have been billed on my CenturyLink for a service which I did not agree too.
I want to change my service to pay per call when I get my cell phone working. I will try a new battery

I received a letter from your Credit Department at xxxx xxxxxxxxx, xxxxxxx, xx xxxxx that was dated August 17, 2015. It said that I am prequalified for a device installment sales agreement with no additional down payment. Later I received an email asking me to approve a service plan which I did not want and do not want. I did not approve on line, or at any time the plan you offered me. The reference for that letter is Application###-##-####
When I get my phone working, I will register and then I want a pay per call plane.
Again, please remove all Verizon charges you have added to my CenturyLink account # ***** xxx-xxxx xxx. The amount to be removed is $109.05.
