Hi, thank you for contacting My name is Russell. I will do my best to provide the right answer to your question.

Have you already enabled, in the Settings on your device, the

Use GPS Satellites

feature on your device, and also enabled the

Location Services

and the

options in the device's Settings ?

That has to be done first.

Customer: replied 1 year ago.

I have access to my location and use my GPS satellites enabled.
DO I need to enable geotagging as well? ANd how can I do it? I didnt find it

Expert:  Russell H. replied 1 year ago.

Location Services will be needed. Was that enabled?

As for Geotagging, I'm honestly not sure. It might be necessary for basic or non-basic GPS functions, and which ones I am not sure. If your phone just doesn't have it in the Settings then either your Android version is not sufficiently advanced, or else (quite likely) it is not a feature in your phone.
