i need assistance with my iphone,the problemis -it says when i want to sign into the phone that my apple id is disabled,i tried to follow all the prompts to activate the phone it keeps sending me to the changing of password ***** find my apple id but nothing seems to work, i even tried to phone the support centre but they are closed or it is a machine

hi the itunes give me now an error saying "unknown error occured"(0x8000000A)

You will have to try reset the iPhone as this is a serious system error. This is going to remove all data from the iPhone and return it to new, but this we cannot avoid.
To do the reset
Connect the phone to the computer and open itunes
Hold the power and home button down until you see
"iTunes has detected an iPhone in recovery mode..."
Click Restore Phone, let this complete and it should now work

Message from i tunes "we could not complete request there is an error in the i tune store (0x80090318)

Can you then disconnect the iPhone, and hold the home button only down and keep it held down then connect the phone to iTunes again.

I tried yet again to connect and itunes gave me a reset option and so i did and they asked for the old log in apple id and then said they will send me mail still waiting.....

ok, check your spam folder it is in there.
Else email yourself to ensure it has downloaded all emails.
If not, run the process again to get it to resend the email.

ok, do this
Please click on Start->All Programs->Accessories, then right-click on Command Prompt and click on Run as administrator. Then type each of the command lines below, one line at a time, and press the Enter key each time:
netsh winsock reset
Press enter
Then try to reset the iPhone again via the instructions
Connect the phone to the computer and open itunes
Hold the power and home button down until you see
"iTunes has detected an iPhone in recovery mode..."
Click Restore Phone, let this complete and it should now work

it this time did not give an error (0x80090318) as it did last time, but came up with this message
remember this was the POWER AND HOME procedure, not just the HOME button.

ok, I am not clear you did my instructions there as you did not reply that you still got the error, so what now is I want you please to follow the instructions carefully I gave and have repeated below
Please click on Start->All Programs->Accessories, then right-click on Command Prompt and click on Run as administrator. Then type each of the command lines below, one line at a time, and press the Enter key each time:

I am doing this on a seperate computer now and still give me the same error but will keep trying and keep you informed....

Ok, Apples put a lock on the phone on their servers which is why it will not reset.
Usually the email should have come through but if it has been reported stolen, they can stop this.
You will have to call them on 0800 444 426
Check why the lock is put on and to get this removed so the phone will function again.

I am the owner of the phone and i tried calling them and it goes to voice mail and out of office saying they are open from 8h00-16h00
and i was given this webside by the voice prompt......?
