question, when I click on IE on my laptop int defaults to Google, I already did what you asked through Google, and I go to these misc. websites.
How do I get around the Google being my default and go to IE?

I was unable to resolve the problem. The reason is that, the computer has Windows Vista installed. Latest iTunes is not compatible with Vista, thus the recovery application was failed to work.
If you get access to another computer with Windows 7 or later, then you can use it to recover the messages from your iPhone. You still have chance to recover the messages. All you need is another computer with Windows 7 or later installed.
