I made an error when trying to make a payment for my Gusto Cell phone **********. I know now what I did wrong; but, I cannot get into the payment line (611) from my phone! (I only get a lot of noise) I have to make payment today; or. lose whatever roll over time I have left.
I am 89 years old and all of this is difficult for me. Can you help?
