Hello, I am Engineer John C., I will be your expert today.

That's weird! Is the phone still in warranty?

Please click the "Reply to expert" button below to let me know.

Thank you.

Yes it is still under warranty. I have spent 5+ hours talking to 3 different companies and none could help me with anything (troubleshooting, phone replacement, etc.). I went to each of their websites and they were useless.

Expert:  Engineer John C. replied 4 years ago.

If in warranty, Tracfone should give you a new one for free. Call Tracfone at 1-800-867-7183 or by email clicking here ===>

I recommned to contact them by phone. If your phone is in warranty, they will ship you a new one for free.

I cordially request that you do not take a correct answer as a bad or poor answer. I truly wish I could make your device work.
