I'd be more than happy to assist you. If you've already restarted and removed the battery. You've pretty much done the maximum troubleshooting.

You have most likely damaged the LCD or Digitizer. This can happen by putting too much pressure on the screen (sitting on it, etc). Even if there is no crack on the screen itself.

If it doesn't have any obvious physical damage, the good news is your carrier T-Mobile will most likely simply replace it for you.

If they don't (which I highly doubt), most phones have a 1-2 year manufacturer warranty.

If you have insurance on your T-Mobile account then your phone is again also covered.
