Before we do anything, lets complete a hard reset of the device.
Remove the back cover and take out the battery. Leave the battery out for 2 minutes and then replace it and restart the device.
This will solve 99% of all software related issues with Smart Phones.
If the problems persist please let me know and we will go over some other options including a factory reset of the device.
