Hello, and welcome to JustAnswer!
My name is Dr. Porter, and I am a companion animal veterinarian with over 25 years of experience, and I really look forward to helping you with the kitties.
Vomiting is concerning and glad that you reached out!
Do they have any soft stool or diarrhea?
OK, great!
Are they indoors only?
What are their names?
That is cute!
Are they shedding a lot
Are they itchy?
Are they good groomers?
Are they on good monthly flea control (fleas can and do get inside)?
Are they related?
Anything new in the house that they might be fascinated with and chewing on?
Do you have any other pets?

Their recent vomiting together is most likely caused by the same thing. I usually suspect hair ingestion as an irritation as they both have hair in common. It is also springtime which is chuck full of allergens as well as flea exposure. They are related so it makes sense that they BOTH might be allergic to something in their environment this time of year.
Recommendations: for seasonal atopy (allergies) and/or flea allergy
Vomiting: You can try them on some Pepcid right now to settle their tummies. If this does not help they may need a little steroid injection from the vet to cool of any hair-related irritations. See below...
CAT DOSE 10#-Give 1/4 tablet to start, then every 24 hours 30 minutes prior to a meal for 3-5 days.
You will need to score this with a small narrow blade into an approximate chunk. Smooth any sharp corners...

Also, can you tell me how long your question sat before I took it? We have a time stamp but not sure it is accurate this am and I was curious as I want to respond as quickly as possible-thanks!
Good to know!
