Also, please be aware that I am not currently available for a phone call. You may see a popup on your end of the chat that offers a call. If you wish to have a call, you can accept this option but be aware that I cannot offer a call at this time.
I am so sorry that your companion has you worried. Can you like share a few pictures of your concern to our chat so that I may see what you’re seeing? It is free to share these to our chat.
I can also offer a private texting conversation from our cell phones, though the website does charge an additional fee. This can make sending pictures to me easier and faster. Let me know if this route is preferable, otherwise we can continue online at no additional charge.
Please be aware that I am unable to offer a call at this current time. If you wish to have a call provided, you may accept the offer if you see one come through on your end, but I will need to leave the chat to allow you the opportunity to work with a different Expert that is available for a call.
Thank you. I have received your video and reviewed it. I cannot see the cut on her lip that you mentioned. Is she limping at all? Did she hit the floor after the jump?
Thanks so much. Based on what you've shared, it sounds like she is more than likely going to be just fine. If she were injured we should be seeing symptoms by now in the form of not wanting to eat, vocalizing in pain, not walking, limping, etc. Since she has none of these symptom and she is active and eating, I would simply watch her for the time being. If she should start having symptoms anytime in the next 24 hours or so, I would plan to see a vet but so far it sounds like she's more than likely going to be just fine.
I would strongly recommend moving to bathing her in a bath tub so that she is closer to the floor and less likely to be able to jump out of an elevated sink. She's been lucky to make it through two tumbles without injury. We often see bro***** *****mbs from this type of injury.
I will also be available if you become concerned at any time that she may need to see a vet. Just reply back if you have concerns.
I do want to make sure that we will both be leaving this interaction feeling like we’ve addressed your concern effectively. Would you say that you are comfortable with the next steps we’ve established together? If not, please let me know how I can best assist you. Our chat does not end until you’re completely done asking questions on this topic.
Hello again, JACustomer. This is a courtesy message. I’m just dropping in to see how things are going and to see if you have any questions that have developed. I’m just a message away if you need any additional support.
