Customer: She didn't eat much the past 24-48 hours until this afternoon (back to normal appetite).
JA: Could she have eaten something unusual?
Customer: Not I'm aware of but she does sometimes try to have a bite of whatsoever I accidentally left on the kitchen island..

Customer: Sia and 5 years old

I'm glad to hear Sia seems to be feeling better! A hands on vet exam is always a good idea, especially if it has been a year or more since the last time she saw a vet. But as long as her appetite, drinking, lethargy, and diarrhea continue to improve for her and Sia gets 100% back to normal, then I would not consider a vet visit urgent. I hope Sia continues to do well for you!

I was just up and noticed she vomited in the litter box last night... I suppose I should try to get her a vet appointment today? Is there anything I should bring to the vet?
Yes, I'd bring her into a local vet to determine the underlying cause of Sia's symptoms so she can receive proper treatment. You could bring a stool sample with for a fecal test. I hope Sia is feeling better soon!
