Okay, I am back. I am quite worried about Joey. Labored breathing in the cat is considered a medical emergency. I would recommend taking him in this morning for an examination and chest X-rays. He could have fluid or infection in his lungs or chest cavity. This could also be an allergic airway disease like asthma. I hope that you are comfortable with my recommendations.
