I’m so sorry None is losing weight and gets diarrhea with certain brands. You must be so worried.

• Has he been checked for thyroid disease?
• Has his vet mentioned the possibility of lymphoma?

Sometimes older cats maintain fairly normal energy levels because they have an overactive thyroid gland and hyperthyroidism can also cause diarrhea, so that is something important to check.  Poor absorption of food secondary to IBD (inflammatory bowel disease, or intestinal cancers like lymphoma can also lead to diarrhea and weight loss.  So those are things to talk to a veterinarian about as well.

This doesn't sound like an emergency, but I would try to get him in to see his vet early next week.
