Cats are obligate carnivores who digest protein much better than carbs.  Hence dry food turns urine too.alkaline causing a burning sensation when she pees.

She may associate her box with pain and choose a soft surface hoping it will hurt less to pee there.

Dry food can cause UTI,  crystals and even stones.

Give her one tablespoon of cranberry juice with a dropper every 8 hours till she uses her box consistently.

It will acidify her urine and stop the burning sensation,  frequency and urgency.

Discontinue dry food  to prevent a recurrence.

Up her fluid intake to flush her bladder by draining the water from a can of tuna into a dish for her to lap.

It will hydrate her and replace her electrolytes plus flush her bladder.

If she is lethargic rub a drop.of honey or syrup into her gums every ten minutes until she perks up.

I just looked it up.  Its a digestive supplement.

You will control matts better by feeding canned food for the oil content

And adding a tablespoon of salmon oil daily for omega 3 fatty acids

Are you still giving her dynovite?

If shes still spraying she may have stones or crystals in her bladder or a UTI

She needs to be seen in person by a vet to diagnose or rule out those conditions
