I have a 5 month old kitten who has spit up small amounts in the past 3 to 4 days not eating or drinking went to emergency vet hospital found her dehydrated and gave her an IV and wanted to keep her overnight to keep an eye on her....did X-ray and took bloodwork and gave her anti nausea meds. Blood work was fine, no findings of blockage, radiologist finding were probably gastroenteritis. II has to take our kitten home and she had an uneventful night, a couple bouts of spitting up which is yellow, very tired. Followed up with local veteran thinks she should have an utrasound in case X-ray didn't pick up anything foreign in her stomach........... so hear I am asking for another opinion.... she has a male sibling that both have become very close. I found them together a few times awhile ago with him mounter her cuz she made a weird noise...at the time I thought they were playing rough and that they were too young to mate??!!! Here we are a few weeks later.... is it possible she's pregnant???? The vet said her belly felt full of fluid, she may have diarrhea??? Please advise thanks! Kim … read more
