My kitty pees on a pee pad and will poop out of littet also scratches his neck raw and had bright blood in stools also have other cats might or might not have issues with my male cat

I took his poop to the vet i have been working with animals fora while and i. Actually brought him back from a low weight to where he is now i know. The blood is from his anus or rectum not intestines and i just put him back on antibiotics
