she a little sluggish

The ears on a cat are like the radiator fins on a car- they can regulate temperature. Sometimes if they have a fever, their ears will be hot in an attempt to cool them down. A lot of the time they are warm during normal circumstances. If she has a fever, she will probably eat less, or not at all, and won't be her normal playful self. If she stops eating, or won't do anything but sleep for more than 24 hours, she should be seen by your vet. If you think you can do it, taking a rectal temperature would tell you if she has a fever or not.
