Hi

Dr. Paul Brazzell here

Any blood in the urine?

Going to the box often?

Paul

She goes to the box and tries but there is no urine.

Gotcha

Okay since you cant get out I would suggest giving canned food with some water added to it

The increased water will dilute the urine and any crystals out if there are contributing to the problem

You can also give a one time dosage of 1/2 of a baby aspirin for inflammation

Okay?

Paul

I did that and it will take time to work now but is she in danger?

She is not in danger per se unless you think she is blocked- but this almost NEVER happens with female cats

She keeps trying to go and can't. We can't get out. If she keeps crying is there anything else we can try?

Other than the Aspirin there is not much we can do- I am sorry :(

Paul

ok can I give her another half in how many hours?

No no

You can only give aspirin to cats every 3 days

No more aspirin please

Our cat has a bladder infection and was given an antibiotic shot plus pain medicine for 3days. She is better. Should I get more pain medicine if she does not appear to be in pain right now? Of course, the medicine is helping. Thank you for your concern.

Nope

The antibiotics will do the trick :)

Great job

Paul
