I'm sorry that your question wasn't answered in a timely manner and I'm concerned about the dyspnea - difficulty breathing - you're seeing. Please let me know if you still need help. May I have an update on Oliver, please? I need you to check a few things for me...

1) Check his gum and tongue color. They should be nicely pink - not whitish (anemia) or bluish/greyish (cyanosis/hypoxia/lack of oxygen to his tissues).

2) Check his respiratory rate at rest. He should be taking less than 30 breaths/minute while asleep or at rest.

3) Take his rectal temperature. Any body thermometer will do when placed 1.5" into his rectum for 1 minute. Normal is 100.5-102.5F. This is a two person job!

Please let me know what you find.

Thank you I became worried and took him to a vet. They are still not sure what is wrong. No temperature no fluid on lungs. He has some Veining for lack o better word on stomach or liver that they have never seen before. Not in any textbooks either
Cat Veterinarian: Dr. Michael Salkin, Veterinarian replied 7 months ago

You're welcome. I'm pleased to hear that he was attended to promptly. Do you have him at home and might be able to take a photo of the "veining" for me to see?
