He nibbled on a jade plant leaf. Very lathargic slow heart rate (87), temp 99 amd vomiting clear fluids. At vet now and they don't seem real sure how to treat.

3 years old. He nibbled on the leaf maybe 36 hours ago. Symptoms started yesterday.
