Dermal horns are a fairly uncommon skin condition that can occur in dogs and cats. The exact cause is unknown. They are typically benign. I've seen a few in my years of practice and all have been easily removed surgical and cured by this approach. If this is what is going on, I'd recommend removal.I don't think this sounds urgent. I'd suggest scheduling an exam with your local vet to have them checked out in person, and I'd they are indeed dermal horns, get an estimate for surgical removal.

If they are determined to be a different type of lesion, recommendatons may likely differ.
