I think my cat may be dying. We called our vet and he is on

Customer Question

I think my cat may be dying. We called our vet and he is on vacation and cannot see him. How long will he live in his current state? We do not want him to suffer but our hands are tied with our vet not available.
JA: I'm trying to find the right Veterinarian for you right now. As soon as they are ready, I will let you know. I'm sorry to hear that. Is there anything else important you think the Veterinarian should know about our?
Customer: He is 10+ years old. He has gradually been losing weight over the past few weeks despite eating, drinking and using the litterbox normally. This morning he is extremely weak, lethargic and not responding to us in his usual way. I don't think he has much time left.
