How common is paralysis among geriatric cats? My cat veterinarian said no treatment was avalable.

Paralysis is something that isn't that common with cats. What I find to be most common with cats that can present with not using the rear legs is a clot to the vasculature of the hind legs. Was she able to move her front legs and not her back?
