My 18 yr old cat has been wheezing with occasional retraction. She is. DNR. Anything I could do besides steaming?
JA: I'm sorry that DNR is feeling poorly. What is the matter with DNR?
Customer: Sophie has been wheezing with occasional chest retraction. Steaming doesn't help.
JA: Where does DNR seem to hurt?
Customer: She is wheezing with retractions
JA: Can you see anything that looks wrong or different?
Customer: The retractions.
JA: Is DNR eating normally?
Customer: Eating ok
JA: OK, abnormal eating. Is there anything else important you think the Veterinarian should know about DNR?

Hi, providing a cool climate-controlled environment and adding a humidifier as you have done can be helpful. Also if you use a calming diffuser such as Feliway it might help. Palliative medictions to make her more comfortable should also be available from your vet.
