JA: I'm sorry to hear that. Could be a lot of things that cause lethargy. The Veterinarian will know how to help the cat. What is the cat's name?

Hi I'm Dr Denney. I am
Sorry to hear Pop isn't feeling well. With older cats there could be a few things going on. I would strongly recommend taking Pop into your veterinarian for some diagnostics and a physical exam. Physical exams can often tell us how his heart is functioning and how his lungs sound. It can also allow us to palpated any abnormalities in his tummy. Bloodwork will help tell you if something is wrong with his Kidneys, liver , pancreas function etc. Older kitties can also be predisposed to tumors which can cause these symptoms. Are you able to get him an appointment with a veterinarian?
