Customer Question

Hello, I just adopted a 3 month old kitten from a shelter. I woke up this morning to find one of his ears is bent/floppy and red while the other one is normal and pink. Do you have any idea what this could be and how I could treat it or should I just take him in to a vet?
JA: I'm sorry to hear that. What is the kitten's name?
Customer: Toby
JA: Is there anything else important you think the Veterinarian should know about Toby?
Customer: Besides that nothing he's playing and eating normally

Hello, I'm Dr. Deb and will do my best to help you today.

I'm sorry for this concern for Toby but congratulations on the newest member of your family.

Do you think you could send me a picture of his ears? The following link walks you through the process:

Is he shaking his head or scratching at his ears?

Thanks, Deb
