I'm sorry to hear of this with Poohey Bear. It's so unusual for anything to come out of a spayed cat's vulva that I have so suspect that the bleeding you're seeing indicates a bleeding tumor which was agitated when she pooped. The tumor is likely to be in vaginal vault although I can't rule out a rectal tumor that has aggressively invaded her vagina. It would be prudent to have Poohey Bear's vet take a look at Poohey Bear. Both her rectum and vagina need to be examined.
