Customer Question

She's having balance issues. It's now gotten to the point where she doesn't want to stand.
JA: I'll do all I can to help. What is wrong with the cat?
Customer: When she tries to turn, she's falling over.
JA: Where does the cat seem to hurt?
Customer: I haven't noticed any signs of being in pain at all. She's lost some weight recently.
JA: OK. No obvious pain. What is the cat's name and age?
Customer: Lilac. She's 11 or 12, not sure which.
JA: Is there anything else important you think the Veterinarian should know about She 's?
Customer: She seems to be weaker today, and she refused to eat tonight. Soft food. She may be having trouble opening her mouth; I'm not sure.

1) How long since she last ate normally?
2) Any history of illness or injury?
3) Can you attach a video of what you are seeing?
