What is the name of the shampoo?

Customer: replied 9 months ago.
Ultra Guard
Expert:  Kelly Hill replied 9 months ago.

Is it the flea ultra guard? If so, how long was it on the kitten?

Customer: replied 9 months ago.
it says "fast acting HARTZ" ultra guard Kills fleas and ticks, it was not on her for so long, maybe a minute while i rinsed it off her

She should be fine as long as she did not ingest any. The active ingredient can cause neurologic problems in cats. More severe if ingested. Just make sure she was thoroughly rinsed so that when she grooms herself she will not get any residual chemical. Signs of a problem would be full body tremors. Please ask any follow up questions. You can continue posting on this thread for several days, even after rating my response. Take care.

she did not ingest any the only thin was when she got on the shower she was shaking , is that normal or should i be concerned, she is not shaking anymore shes OK another thing that i noticed is that she was purring loudly but thats all gone now
Expert:  Kelly Hill replied 9 months ago.

She was likely initially shaking because of being cold from the bath. The fact that it resolved says it is not from the shampoo. The tremors from the chemical just get worse over time without treatment.
