I am sorry to hear Wills is not using his leg. This can be due to several different things in a cat of his age. If he is painful, I recommend taking him to your vet immediately, as older cats can suffer from blood clots which can lead to very painful condition due to the lack of blood supply to the back legs. Your vet may suggest some tests to help with the diagnosis and rule out other problems.
