I am sorry to hear about this concern.

Without question, I would take her to the emergency vet right now if you have any suspicion at all Drano was swallowed. It can be very hard on the gastrointestinal tract. The sooner you can take action to initiate therapy to protect the stomach and intestinal lining, the less likely for any serious complication.

The vet can give medication like toxiban, which can bind to toxins that have been swallowed.

Sorry to hear about this concern for Mia. Definitely, far better to treat her now with basic supportive care, as opposed to, a wait and see approach.
