I am so sorry Savannah is ill.
How long has she had white gums?
Does she go outdoors?
How much weight has she lost?
Is she eating? What foods?
White gums are a symptom of anemia or shock.
If Savannah's PCV is below 20 she needs immediate vet care an possibly a blood transfusion.
The kidneys make some of the red blood cells so they may be the culprit.
She needs blood and urine testing ASAP.
Please let me know what is found and how she is doing.
Best wishes for her,
