When does she need shots?
Expert:  Dr. Michael Salkin replied 1 year ago.

Carolyn, she's overdue for her initial vaccines and worming and at the time she receives them her vet can either inject her with ivermectin or send home an ivermectin-containing otic product (Acarex, e.g.) which will take care of any ear mites. If you prefer, you can fill each ear with mineral oil (not mineral spirits), massage the base of the ears to bring up the oil and ear mite debris, repeat until the ears are clean and then administer an over the counter ear mite product available in pet/feed stores. Please respond with further questions or concerns if you wish.

Hi Carolyn,

I'm just following up on our conversation about Carolyn Wortman. How is everything going?
