Hello, this is Dr. Jess. Unfortunately there isn't a safe over the counter pain medication to use in cats. The pain medications available over the counter can be toxic and can also increase bleeding post surgically, so we want to avoid those. There is a pain medication your vet can prescribe called buprenorphine which is used as an injection, but can also be absorbed through the oral mucosa in cats and can be used as an at home pain medication: I would call your vet and see if they can prescribe this medication if you feel she is still in pain.
