Hi, I'm Dr. Bonk. I'm sorry to hear about Mrs. Grey's troubles. It sounds like she is either a little constipated or has a urinary infection. Both would cause straining and frequent trips to the litter box with no product. Since you are so far from a vet, let's try to treat the easiest thing first. If she is a little constipated, you can try giving her a 1:1 mixture of vaseline and butter, give 1-2 tsp 2-3 times a day. You can also give a little canned pumpkin with her food to increase her fiber and hopefully aid her bowel movements.

If this doesn't work or she has a normal bowel movement, then a urinary infection is probably the culprit. Unfortunately these typically need treated with antibiotics from a vet, but sometimes cranberry juice or a cranberry supplement can help ease the symptoms until you can get her there.

I hope this helps. Please contact me with any further questions you may have. Thank you and good luck!

I'm going to take her to vet. I try all you suggest but she would not eat it at all. Thanks but did not work

I'm sorry I couldn't be of more help. Like I said before bladder infections typically need antibiotics. I hope Mrs. Grey gets to feeling better!
