Tues my cat had a rash on her chin. Vet gave her anti inflammatory shot and covenia shot, acted fine tried beyond dry cat food she ate a big bowl Saturday. Sunday she threw up and now won't eat or drink. She wets but no poop

To answer you directly, yes, if you remove access to her food but leave her water down I don't see why you couldn't wait until the morning for her to be rechecked. If drinking induces more vomiting, please replace her water with ice cubes for her to lick. Both nonsteroidal antiinflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) and cefovecin (Convenia) can cause gastrointestinal distress. Her vet might treat Gracie with an antacid and antiemetic drug.

Were you told the cause of Gracie's rash? Please clarify "tried beyond dry cat food..." for me.
